Zomato is an Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company. It was founded by Deepinder Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah in 2008. Zomato provides information, menus and user-reviews of restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in more than 1,000 Indian cities and towns, as of 2022-23. Zomato rivals Swiggy in food delivery and hyperlocal space.

The Zomato Insights Dashboard is a powerful tool created using Power BI to help analyze and visualize data related to Zomato's sales, customer behavior, and city performance. It brings together important metrics and trends in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format, allowing users to make informed decisions quickly.

I made some suggestions how these interactions could be like and illustrated them in short interaction videos.

1. Index Page: The starting point, featuring a welcoming image and the title "Zomato Dashboard".
2. Overview Page: Provides a snapshot of Zomato’s sales data. Key features include:
   • Filters for sales amount and quantity
   • Measures for total sales, orders, ratings, and category-specific data.
   • Bar chart showing city-wise sales with top city filters.
   • Line chart depicting yearly sales trends.
3. User Performance Page: Focuses on customer behavior with.
   • Metrics for active users, total users, ratings, and orders.
   • Histogram of user age distribution.
   • Bar charts for lost and gained customers by gender.
4. City Performance Page: Analyzes how different cities perform with:
   • Measures for sales, quantity, ratings, and orders per city.
   • Bar charts displaying city-wise sales, ratings, and active customers.
   • A comparative table of city performance metrics.

How to Use the Zomato Insights Dashboard

• Navigate through Pages: Start from the Index Page and explore the Overview, User Performance, and City Performance pages.
• Apply Filters: Use the filters on the Overview page to focus on specific data points, like sales amounts or quantities, and view data for specific cities or time periods.
• Interpret Visuals:: Utilize the charts and tables to gain insights into sales trends, customer demographics, and city-wise performance.
• Compare Metrics: Use the tables and bar charts to compare different cities or customer segments, helping you identify strengths and areas for improvement
